In-Person Connection: For a truly immersive experience, at least one in-person session is required, ideally near the beginning of our journey. Some insights can only be fully grasped through somatic knowledge transfer, something I know from my own extensive experience of living and working closely with a teacher for over a year.
Flexible Containers: Choose from 3-month, 6-month, and 1-year coaching containers, allowing you to tailor the duration of our journey to align with your evolving needs.
